• Project delivery for public institutions under eligible tender or procurement processes.
• Startup studio and product build services, including MVP design and implementation.

3. Pricing, currency, and payment terms

• Service pricing is project-based and is communicated in a written proposal, estimate, or statement of work before payment.
• Transaction currency: Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise specified in writing.
• Applicable taxes are charged as per Indian law.
• Depending on project scope, we may collect advance or partial milestone payments before and during execution.
• Work begins only after proposal acceptance and receipt of the agreed initial payment.
• Invoices are due as per the commercial terms agreed in the signed proposal or contract.

4. Delivery and client responsibilities

• Project timelines depend on scope, approvals, and timely client inputs.
• The client is responsible for providing accurate requirements, content, credentials, and approvals needed for delivery.
• Any scope additions or changes are handled through a documented change request and may affect fees and timelines.

5. Compliance restrictions

• Services are intended for lawful business use by authorized representatives who are 18 years or older.
• If your industry requires licenses, statutory approvals, or special regulatory compliance, you are responsible for ensuring such compliance before using our services.
• We may decline or discontinue engagements that violate applicable law, sanctions, or industry-specific regulations.

6. Export restrictions

Clients must comply with applicable export control laws, sanctions, and licensing obligations in their jurisdiction. Services and deliverables may not be used, re-exported, or provided where such activity is restricted by law.
