Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to service payments made to Neohorizon Analytics unless a signed project agreement states otherwise.
1. Scope
Neohorizon Analytics primarily provides software consulting and implementation services. These are customized digital services and not off-the-shelf physical products.
2. Return and replacement policy
Since we do not sell physical goods through this website, return/replacement does not apply in the conventional product sense. For service quality concerns, clients may write to us and we will review corrective actions under the agreed project scope.
3. Cancellation policy
- Before project kickoff: A cancellation request made before kickoff and before any billable work starts may be eligible for refund, subject to payment gateway or banking charges.
- After project kickoff: Amounts corresponding to completed milestones, delivered work, or consumed effort are non-refundable.
- Ongoing engagements: Cancellation takes effect after settlement of dues for completed work up to the request date.
4. Refund policy
- Approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
- Refund timelines can vary based on payment partner or issuing bank.
- Charges paid for third-party tools, licenses, or statutory fees already incurred for a project are not refundable.

To request cancellation or refund, write to hello@neohorizon.io with your invoice number, project reference, and reason for request. We will acknowledge your request and share the next steps.
